I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I offer counselling therapy for Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas. I work with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor. I am also a member of the ACW (Association for Counselling at Work).
